Alumni Association The first Alumni association of The Institute for Early Childhood Education and Developmental Services was formed by the graduating class of 1995. Its function is to keep former students in touch with each other by providing a yearly newsletter, organizing reunions and circulating current information. |

**REMINDER: Government Student Loan Information All graduates with past government student loans should review information on repayment of student loans on the Canada Student Loan web site and the Nova Scotia Student Loan web site. Students with government student loans not issued by NS should obtain information from their provincial student assistance office regarding repayment, go to links page of NS Student Loans web site. If not, please email the alumni association. We'll put one aside for you! *IHSE Grad Frames - The Alumni continues to sell grad frames to house your diploma. This diploma is a "one shot" deal and cannot be replaced. It should be protected in an official IHSE Grad Frame. These frames are available for $35.00 and can be ordered in either gold or silver. Please contact the Alumni association to order yours. *IHSE Alumni Award - This new award is presented by the IHSE Alumni to a mature student who has returned to school to follow a dream of a career in the human services profession. This student has made meaningful contributions to school life and has been an asset to have in class. Treating his/her fellow classmates with respect and offering guidance brought about by life experience, this mature student stands out as a pleasure to teach, and a pleasure to work with.
